Cosmetic and non-functional details (tips, signature badges etc) might be broken or missing. Please verify that your preferred ski shop will set up and adjust these particular skis and bindings. Marker Bindings are synonymous for making high performance, quality bindings, The Marker XComp 12 GW Binding is no exception to this rule, featuring all the premium construction details of the award winning XComp range. This would include an updated 3-point mounting pattern of the one body toe piece, which uses XCell Piston Technology with additional modifications in shock absorbance and reduced stiffness. A Twincam step in heel, featuring more power than ever before, has a higher elasticity in the release and increases boot and ski connectivity for a longer period, ensuring more precise ski guidance until released. It also offers improved power transfer through the wider connection of the heel rail. The XComp also comes equipped with a moveable AFD (Anti Friction Device) supporting precise release each and every time, and is unhindered by dirt, snow and ice. The AFD stainless steel plate is also compatible with all GripWalk equipped boots. The Marker XComp 12 GW Binding is designed for U12 and U14 racers, but can also be used for high end recreation skiing for lighter weight skiers. With a DIN setting of 4-12, skiers weighting in a 120 pound or less would be an ideal candidate for this binding. So, if you are a budding teen racer or just like to go out and shred the entire hill, the Marker XComp 12 GW Binding would be an ideal choice to leave your mark in the mountain. To take advantage of this free mounting, you must provide your Boot Sole Length (BSL) by messaging us. If this is for a NORDIC ski, we just need your EU boot size in order to mount. Read below for more information on BSL. Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL). The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size eg. A mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm. Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. For taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check. We do NOT set DIN levels. Please DO NOT leave.
