Twin metal laminate construction lends stability and precision edge control, while the Recon’s 78mm waist provides a solid platform for powerful turns through any condition. K2 used Mod Monic construction, which puts a secondary elastomeric core under the top sheet for a smooth, damp ride, without interfering with the skis flex pattern. The Recon’s fat shovel offers plenty of float for the soft stuff, but the footprint is still small enough to rail turns on the groomers. East coasters and North westerners-this is your any-day ski. The K2 Apache Recon Ski scouts and conquers the mountain in any condition. These used skis are in excellent condition. Topsheets have a few light scratches. Bases are in great condition, they have some light scratches here and there. Edges are straight and true all the way around, very nice. Bindings are in very good condition.
